commission info!!

I have the right to refuse a commission request without explanation.

I have the right to stop working on a commission due to but not limited to poor communication, rudeness/harassment, or a breach in ToS.

Commission may be used for personal use only, and if used on SNS (profile picture, header), must be credited to my Twitter account; I retain all rights to the commission. The client may not claim the artwork as their own creation, and may not make any alterations to the work, apart from cropping or resizing for an icon or other use. The client may not use the artwork for AI related purposes. Commercial use is prohibited.

Major revisions may be requested during the sketch approval phase. These include but are not limited to changes to pose, character, or props, redrawing parts of the image, and others. If the commissioner requests additional major revisions after the approved sketch, a price for the revisions may be discussed.

All payments will be made through Ko-Fi and Paypal. Prices and payments are in USD.

Refunds are only available before I begin the work. Refunds will not be issued after I've started or if ToS is breached.

ToS is subject to revision without notice.
